Apply Elmore Oil to the painful area twice a day by gently massaging a small amount of oil into the area, until fully absorbed. Use everyday for 14 days for maximum anti-inflammatory benefit. Don't use too much oil - a small amount is all that is needed. If it doesn't massage all the way in within 30 seconds you are using too much.
